Pre-launch notice: This site is under development. The legal operator and complete controller details must be published before activating collection of personal information.
Data collected
When enabled, forms will collect the information you submit, such as name, email, organization, course interest and enquiry details. Essential technical information may be processed to protect website security.
Purpose and lawful basis
Enquiries will be processed to respond to requests. Marketing newsletters require a separate affirmative subscription choice. Waiting-list registrations will be used to notify you about the course requested, not automatically to subscribe you to general marketing.
Processors and retention
The live privacy notice must identify the selected mailing-list provider, hosting provider, any international data transfers, retention periods and contact details. Newsletter subscribers must have an unsubscribe mechanism. Requests for erasure or access can be sent to training@strategictrade.org.
Before launch
Complete and review this notice, ensure an appropriate data-processing agreement with the signup provider, and configure consent evidence and confirmation mechanisms.
